Crushing Process
● The hammer mill is suitable for crushing raw materials into powder with the best particle size for optimum granulation.
Mixing process
● Feed mixers are used to fully mix the various ingredients to ensure a balanced nutrient content in each bite of the finished pellet.
Pelletizing process
The feed pelletizer is the main equipment of the complete feed production line. Compared with the flat die feed pelletizer, the ring die feed production equipment has a larger capacity.
Cooling process
Cooling and Screening Process Pellets from the pelletizer can be discharged at up to 88°C and 17-18% moisture. The temperature of the pellets must be reduced rapidly to bring their moisture content down to 10-12% or less for proper storage and handling. Therefore, the pellets must be cooled and dried. Our pellet coolers use the counter-current cooling principle where the pellets are adequately and uniformly cooled. The temperature of the cooled pellets is not higher than room temperature + 3-5 degrees.
Packaging process
● After the cooling process, the pellets are bagged or stored according to your needs and requirements. The packaging process is efficiently handled by our semi-automatic packaging machine. The finished feed is weighed by a computer and then pneumatically discharged into bags. Weighing The bags will then move along a conveyor belt and the machine will sew the tops of the bags together and the bags will hold the dry feed for storage.
PLC control
● All production processes in the pellet feed plant are controlled and monitored by our advanced computer control system. The control center compares and collects the actual values with the current set values to ensure stability throughout the process, thus making full use of the pellet mill’s capacity and preventing clogging.
