Material Crushing
The raw material components should be crushed to the desired particle size by the feed crusher. Hammer mill, also known as wide cavity fine feed hammer mill, is mainly used for coarse and fine crushing of special aquatic feed.
Material mixing — feed mixer
Mix the materials fully to ensure the efficiency of puffing and improve the quality of feed. The feed mixer can be customized with atomized spraying system to add liquids such as syrup and grease to the material more evenly.

Inflation process — floating feed pellet inflator
Our floating fish feed pellet machine can be divided into two types: dry type fish feed processing machine and wet type fish feed processing machine. Wet type with air conditioning, need to be equipped with steam boiler. Dry type fish feed production line is cheaper, while wet type fish feed manufacturing machine has higher capacity, so wet type fish feed puffing machine is usually suitable for large feed pellet mill, and dry type fish feed processing machine is better and more economical Suitable for small and medium users or factories.
Pellet drying—Feed Pellet Dryer
Our mesh belt dryer is a continuous convection belt dryer. The pellets formed by the extruder are stacked in layers on a wire mesh or perforated plate belt conveyor and continuously conveyed to the drying chamber. During this process, drying air is repeatedly passed through the product layers until the pellets have the optimum moisture content before leaving the dryer. And if you choose a wet fish feed machine, we recommend using a gas type pellet dryer.

Pellet packaging – electronic packaging machine
In order to make the finished pellets easy to store, transport and attract customers’ eyes, they should be properly packaged. With electronic weighing and packaging machine, finished pellets can be automatically bagged, weighed, conveyed and sealed, which greatly saves labor and time and meets the requirements of mass production. The packaging machine can be equipped with automatic heat coding, automatic bag sewing and automatic line cutting functions.
