WHY PELLETING?
ANIMAL FEEDS
Pelletized feed takes up much less storage space
Pelletized feed can be stored for longer and with less wastage
You determine what you feed your animals and in what ratio
Eliminates selective feeding habits
Better handling properties and a cleaner product
Feed can be transported more easily
Reduces respiratory disease in animals due to dust inhalation
Pelletized feeds have a 145% higher conversion ratio
Better results with growth in animals
Decrease wastage of loose feed by up to 30% when pelleted
FERTILIZERS
Turns animal waste into pelletized fertilizer
More hygienic to handle and work with
Slow-release
Can be applied with normal fertilizer machines
Livestock manure is an important resource for agriculture, because it has a high level of nutrients and organic matters. In Japan, the quantity of livestock manure has been increasing more and more as farms have become larger and more. The total amount of livestock manure produced each year has now reached 97 million mt. The nitrogen content of animal manure has been estimated at 7.6 million mt. If these poultry wastes were to be recycled evenly over all Japan’s cropland, the load of nitrogen would be 140 kg/ha. However, actual recycling is uneven, and there are some regions where the nitrogen produced (250 kg/ha or more) exceeds the capacity of the soil to absorb it safely
equipment for making manure pellets
we have three kinds of manure pellet machine available on the market which can turn composted livestock manure into pellets or granules. One kind is the disc pelletizer which requires moisture about 25% to 35%, and the other type is the flat die pellet mill which requires moisture below 10%, another one type is double roller press granulator which requires moisture also below 10% ,the main differences among them are moisture requirement is different and final pellets shape is different
