Working Principle of rotary Granulator
The main working mode of rotary granulator is aggregate wet granulation. The base fertilizer is wet mixed inside the drum granulator tube after a certain amount of water or steam has been fully chemically reacted. Under certain liquid conditions, with the rotary motion of the rotary drum, the material particles produce extrusion stress and re-agglomerate into balls.
